With over two decades of experience driving commercial success for some of the world’s most recognized premium and luxury brands, I have navigated the complexities of career challenges and changes. Throughout this time, I have not only propelled success for these brands but also mentored teams to thrive personally and professionally.

My journey into mindfulness and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was a natural progression from my extensive background. Witnessing the profound impacts of stress and pressure in high-stakes environments, I sought methods to foster well-being from within. This quest led me to embrace life coaching, combining it with RTT and mindfulness to offer a holistic approach to personal development and success.

As I deepened my practice, I recognized the importance of consciously integrating faith into my life. By reflecting on my mindfulness journey and aligning my actions with a sense of higher purpose, I’ve transformed not only my professional achievements but also my personal fulfillment. This integration of faith and mindfulness has become the cornerstone of my approach, guiding others toward balance, resilience, and a fulfilling life.

As a dedicated mother, coach, mentor, and seasoned hotelier, my passion lies in making a positive impact. I cherish traveling and spending quality time with my family. Over two decades in the hospitality industry across Sri Lanka, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates have shaped my resilience and leadership.
